Nya EL-Amin is a Philadelphia native who is the founder of Life Coach for Leaders. Nya is passionate about helping others to find and claim their most fulfilling professional and personal lives. She advocates for clients on their behalf and speak truth when they need to hear it most. As a life and business coach, she has assisted others with finding career direction, along with personal life direction. As a coach, she has been serving clients since 2013. In addition, she teaches professional development workshops on a wide range of topics, including: work-life-balance, networking skills, communication skills, salary negotiation, and alternative careers. Nya’s been featured on the radio, invited as a guest speaker for empowerment workshops and key note speaker at events.

Nya specializes in coaching and developing those to desire to reach their full potential both professionally and personally. She has dedicated over 10 years in corporate America in the banking/financial service industry. In her various roles she has contributed towards corporate strategy and human behavior. Her professional life experience was reinforced through formal education receiving Bachelors in Business Administration from Shaw University in 1999, Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2010 and life coach certification from the Institute of Orange County in 2013.

Nya is an ordinary person with an extraordinary gift of helping others succeed. Many ordinary people cannot tell tales of tragedy, struggle, strength, courage and triumph in the same way Nya can. Much of what she has seen, heard and lived through would have devastated the ordinary person. Unemployment, grief, academic struggles, family issues are so familiar to Nya EL-Amin. Nya has had the opportunity to not only coach adults with their transitions and business development but teenagers as well. She guided them as they struggle to define their identities, cope with the rapid physical, emotional and social changes that take place within them and adjust to the demands of peers, schools, families and society. Through her life’s experiences Nya has uncovered her life’s purpose, discovered the power that lies within soul, recovered her cultural and her spiritual self, to emerge shining, sharing her stories, her gifts, her discoveries and her love with the world. She would like to coach you how to triumph over life’s curve balls. She provides a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere in which you can safely explore and work through feelings, thoughts, images and beliefs, conscious or unconscious, that may be keeping you stuck.
